For our next client KulTeam Builders London, we have just launched an advertising campaign. Not only on social media platforms, but we’ve also decided to reinforce advertising through traditional leaflets. Everyone has gone to their neighbour’s house at least once in their life because that’s where the builder, plumber or whatever professional we’re looking for to do the job is.
When KulTeam are working, they will move around in a branded car which is often parked outside the customer’s property, an advert will be hung on the fence stating that KulTeam are carrying out renovations here at the moment. An additional element of marketing, will be a flyer – at the start of such a construction, when we know – that we will be at this client’s place regularly, for the next few days – it is worth notifying the neighbours. Do you need anything? We are there, we can help, we can give you an estimate – whatever you want. Being regular, we have the opportunity to fall into a win-win loop, because in this scheme, both the customer wins – they don’t have to book a special time for us and wait for us to turn up, and we win – because we don’t have to drive halfway across town for a valuation, we do it there – where we are already working at the customer’s place anyway.
Of course, the whole promotional campaign will be boosted by the positioning of the website, which we are currently starting, and a social media promotion and marketing campaign. However, we are still preparing all this, we have a lot of photos to process and prepare in such a way that the clients will love them.
